About the Role
We are seeking a Food Production Officer to join our production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who is hardworking, physically fit, and committed to reliability and consistency.

You will be involved in the day-to-day production process, ensuring our products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the production and processing of dairy products
Operate and monitor production equipment
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards
Perform manual handling and lifting tasks
Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
Conduct basic quality checks and report any issues
Work collaboratively with the production team

About You

Physically fit and capable of manual work
Hardworking with a strong work ethic
Punctual, reliable, and consistent
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow within the business
Previous experience in food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
