About the Role
We are seeking a Food Production Officer to join our production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who is hardworking, physically fit, and committed to reliability and consistency.
You will be involved in the day-to-day production process, ensuring our products meet strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and processing of dairy products
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards
- Perform manual handling and lifting tasks
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Conduct basic quality checks and report any issues
- Work collaboratively with the production team
About You
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Punctual, reliable, and consistent
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Previous experience in food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
